Brown pledged 2 million GBP to charity yesterday as he met the celebrity Comic Relief climbers who conquered Mount Kilimanjaro. The climbers were rewarded for their gruelling trek with afternoon tea at Number 10 Downing Street. The BT Red Nose Climb has already raised more than 1.5 million GBP.
